Invoices are issued on the day of project completion and shall be due upon delivery of the finished document.
Regular clients (especially translation agencies) may be given a payment term of net 30 days following the date of invoice.
In some cases (e.g., new clients), advance payment or payment in installments may be required.

Once we agree on the price and delivery date, I will start upon the receipt of your Purchase Order. Such purchase order shall indicate your name, company name, address, phone/fax numbers, email and any other relevant contact information as well as the full price of the project (or rates) and the signature of the company duly authorized representative. |
