Invoices are issued on the day of project completion and shall be due upon delivery of the finished document.
Regular clients (especially translation agencies) may be given a payment term of net 30 days following the date of invoice.
In some cases (e.g., new clients), advance payment or payment in installments may be required.
Translation rates are calculated from the source word count of the original document. Proofreading and DTP services are charged by the hour - which is most cost efficient! All prices are in Euro. (For other currencies, use this link to get an estimate in your local currency.)
